1. Pre-Shoot

• Pre-shoot is compulsory for all exhibitors.
• Exhibitors who complete the pre-shoot will receive a ₹2,000 discount on the stall rent.
• Exhibitors from Mumbai must arrange their pre-shoot video from Mumbai itself. The video may be used by us for promotion on our Instagram Stories.

2. Payment & Booking

• 100% advance payment is compulsory for stall booking.
• Booking will be considered valid only after full payment is received.
• Payment is strictly non-refundable.
• It is compulsory to send the payment screenshot along with the UPI ID on WhatsApp at 9322333700.
• If the payment screenshot is not shared along with the UPI ID, the booking will not be considered or confirmed.

3. Layout

• The layout may be changed or adjusted as per space availability and management requirements.
• Food stalls will not be shown in the layout, as they will be placed outside the hall.

4. Food & Bakery Stalls

• Only bakery stalls will be permitted inside the hall.
• Food stalls will be placed outside the hall.

5. Details Required for Booking

Please share the following details along with the payment:

• Name
• Firm/Brand Name
• Number of Tables
• Instagram ID/Link
• Stall Number
• Logo
• Payment Screenshot with UPI ID

6. Important

• Stall booking will be confirmed only after 100% advance payment and submission of all required details.
• By making the payment, the exhibitor agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
